Olivia is a health and wellness professional, wife, and mom from Sterling Heights, MI. She graduated from Oakland University with her bachelor's degree in Health and Wellness in 2015. She has worked in the corporate wellness field for the last 9 years and started Stretch-n-Grow of Macomb County right before the pandemic. She has offered classes throughout Macomb and Oakland county the last 3 years at various childcare centers and community centers. Her passion for wellness and kids is what lead her to want to start Stretch-n-Grow of Macomb County. In her spare time, Olivia loves spending time with her family and friends, going to Pure Barre classes, trying craft beers, and going to concerts!

Amanda started working with families in 2005 and has over 15 years of experience in the domestic employment industry across a variety of roles including nanny, family assistant, and household/estate manager. In 2012, she started working with high-profile/high net worth families and uses her experience to educate employers and employees on workplace standards and advocate for higher wages. She specializes in comprehensive family management and became a certified full-spectrum doula in 2023 to support expectant parents in reclaiming the power of intuitive birth and informed consent. Her industry passions include nontraditional education, family coaching, contract negotiations, and nanny mentorship.

Gabriella Serraiocco is an esteemed expert in child and adolescent development, initially founding a business focused on enhancing children's emotional wellbeing. Drawing from this rich foundation, she later transitioned into a role as a nanny for high-profile families, including that of James Corden. This unique journey allowed her to apply her deep understanding of emotional intelligence and resilience in a more intimate caregiving setting. Gabriella's holistic approach combines her entrepreneurial insights with hands-on experience, positioning her as a transformative figure in nurturing the emotional and developmental needs of young individuals. Her expertise is highly sought after, making her a respected voice in the field.

Meg has over 10 years of experience working with kids in many different capacities. Her career began as a nanny specializing in toddler and infant care. In 2019 Meg became a Newborn Care Specialist, while still nannying full time. After 2 years of being an NCS part time, she decided to make the switch from being a nanny to becoming an overnight Newborn Care Specialist full time. After making this transition, Meg furthered her credentials by adding birth/postpartum doula, lactation counselor, child passenger safety technician, and recently completing her EMT certification training to add to her list of qualifications. Meg has worked with many different newborns with many different needs. Including those who were born prematurely, multiples (including triplets), babies with feeding difficulties and more.

Now Meg works full time in a children’s emergency room while still working part time as an NCS.
